Remember how Jace was born on Chris's birthday and is named after him? His blessing was held just one day before the anniversary of Chris's death date. In honor of Chris, my favorite Chris-ism before going on: "I never have bad days, only good days and better days." Love it. I hope that my little Jace grows up understanding that, though he never met Chris in this life, he would do well to learn about his life and to follow his example.
Alright, some pictures. Jace's little outfit barely fit, and seemed to be high waters unless we continually pulled the legs of the pants down. Oh well. Tall...what can we say?

The spread. Putting a luncheon on for 100 people is stressful, let me just tell you. We had WAYYY to much food, which is better than not having enough! It turned out really well, though.

I love the pics of Jace in his outfit. I don't know why, but I didn't even think to get any of Hudson. Good thing I had the photographer take some I guess. I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate you letting us share your special day. I love you so much and I'm so grateful for your friendship. I really do hope that Jace and Hudson can have half as much fun together as we do. P.S. my mom thought our e-mail was hyster.... of course ;)

He's such a handsome little man. Or should I say TALL man! Love it! What a special day! Glad things went so well and that the fam. was able to come.
So we need to get together again Kim! Just after you had Jace my little fam. was sick for multiple weeks and I haven't been able to see the dude yet. Then Jace got RSV. We want to meet Jace SOON! So call me or I will call you and we'll have to get together.

I loved all the pictures. Jace looed so cute in his little outfit as did Sadie and Hallie in their Easter dresses. i loved Hallie's face when she was holding Jace. That is classic.

Aww Looks like so much fun! jace is so so CUTE!! I am coming to utah for a week - starting the memorial day weekend and for a week!! i want to hang out!!
