On Tuesday the 26
th, Devin and I celebrated 4 years of marriage. This past week has just been super exciting with all the events going on, so we decided to keep the day low key and just spend it as a family. We started out by going mini-golfing. Hallie LOVES golfing and asks to go all the time. She can kind of hit the ball with her club, but usually ends up putting it in the hole by hand. Whatever works. Devin beat me...no surprise there.
We then made our way to the Cheesecake factory for lunch/early dinner. It is one of our favorites. On the way, Hallie informed us that she was holding
Jace's hand. I looked back and sure enough, she was. What a good big sister.
After lunch, we decided to go to the aquarium. We had never been and we really enjoyed it, despite it being kind of small. Hallie really loved seeing the fish and other animals and would say, "mom, I don't want to touch the fish!" then "Mom, I want to touch the fish!" Okay, whatever. We watched the penguins for quite a while- they were really fun to watch swim and dive.
Who can spot the animal here? We had to look for a while to find him.
Devin and I are kind of lame and don't do gifts for each other usually. Spending the day together is enough. However, he broke the no gift rule (yet again) and got me these gorgeous flowers. I think they are so pretty and they remind me of our wedding day because we had
Gerber daisies all over. Love them.
I talked a lot about how awesome Devin is in his graduation post, so we will just leave it at that. I know that I am a blessed woman and I am grateful to have him as my husband.

Well, since we are having such a hard time getting ahold of one another (phone tag) Happy anniversary over the internet!! (Lame, I know) Also... what's with Rulon leaving the show and nobody making a big deal about it? Also.... got my sequins packed and I'm SO EXCITED!
I've been to about 4 aquariums recently and the one in Utah is by far my favorite. They are all on the smaller side but the Utah one is the biggest and the penguins rock.

wow, it took me a few minutes of reading to catch up on everything- you have been very busy lately with some super awesome things! Congrats on the anniversary, the big graduation and the blessing. So fun!!! Look like things have been really good lately-- I'm glad. Have you heard anything new about Flor??
