Well, here we go again-- just 3 months behind this time!! Devin says I should just give it up, but I really feel like this is the only way I do any family history and keep a journal (though my "journal" is more posting pictures these days), so here we go.
It is funny to look back on previous posts, back when I was really into the swing of things with blogging. I was so detail oriented and told all sorts of stories from day to day life. These latter children of mine just won't have the same types of stories as the first few. Oh, well. Doing the best I can, right?
Here are some randoms from January.

Devin and I decided to go on a spending fast starting in January so that we could finish paying off my student loan. This meant no frivolous spending, meaning NO DIET COKE! My sweet co-worker at the hospital, knowing what this meant for me, brought me a case to work. I thought it was hilarious and oh so sweet of her. As for the spending fast-- it worked- sort of. We were much more strict in the beginning, but ultimately, we did beat our goal of paying off the loan by March and paid it off in February. Yahoo. |

We had a really snowy winter. I shoveled the driveway MYSELF (okay, with the kids) on more than one occasion and of course I had to send Devin pictures to prove my worth. Bam. |
Jace earned his yellow belt in karate! What a stud. He had to memorize 5 "attitudes" and recite them and then do a routine on his own-- he rocked it. Such a handsome boy. |
My awesome co-workers and I had a 4 hour marathon meeting one day at Cheesecake Factory, so we had to document it :) |

We have straightened Mishell's hair a few times and she looks fabulously cute, no? It just takes hours... |
Oh, just daily homework frustration... |
Jace and his best bud Hudson. They have had a few sleepovers lately and have the best time together. We were smart and made them sleep in separate rooms. Che- not so much-- the first time they slept over there, they stayed up literally ALL NIGHT playing in Hudson's room. HAHHAHAH. Lesson learned. |
Matching Jammies and Matching Blankies-- they won't appreciate matchiness forever, so we gotta soak it up while we can!
