Almost the entire month was taken up by Jace's hospitalization (separate post coming) and Family vacation. But here are the few other things we did!
Jace's Birthday:
Jace turned 15 on March 1! It was a Sunday, so poor kid didn't have much of a celebration. He did get a bunch of stuff he wanted and strawberry shortcake, so there's that. Cannot believe he is 15. 15 also means he got his driver's permit. Scary. He got to drive a grand total of 1 time before his accident. Dang it. Hope he is back at it in no time.
HIKING/Running
Of course there was some hiking (and because I'm dumb, some running now too) in there. Hiking is always grounding for me and I love doing it with amazing women (and sometimes men)
Devin has been working on the downstairs bathroom for several months and it is 100% complete now! He did an amazing job- it was a ton of work. He took it down to the studs and re did everything. I designed it with AI and I think AI did a pretty good job!
LIZZIE LITTLE MERMAID:
Lizzie is in a Jr play at the Zigfield and is in the ensemble. She's enjoyed the experience so far! Here are some of her headshots for the program.
While Jace was hospitalized, Jana took Lizzie for a weekend. She had the time of her life. Her and Audrey are quite the pair. They even chatgpt-ed a recipe for cookies and doubled them and made them on their own (sugar cookies with chocolate chips 🤔). We love having Audrey so close by!
